The AI revolution is producing unprecedented autonomous capability. The blockchain revolution has produced verifiable, trustless economic infrastructure. Astarter sits at the convergence — the operating layer for AI agents that earn, spend, and coordinate on-chain.

The architecture supporting that thesis is concrete:

• CORE · an open agent runtime that runs on every node

• Four-layer stack · infrastructure to applications, with fees flowing to participants for the work they perform
